How the Standard Rate for bookings and quotes are calculated.

The Travel Tips & Picks Standard Rate is calculated as follows:
- Weekday Rate (Su/Th) - This is the nightly rate guests are charged when staying from Sunday night through Thursday night.
- Weekend Rate (Fr/Sa) - This is the nightly rate guests are charged when staying from Friday and Saturday nights.
- Discount Days - The number of days prior to check-in when booking is made for any discount to be applied. For example, if this values is 14 and the guest books 5 days before check-in the discount would apply because the booking date is less than 14 days from check-in. The Discount (%) is used to calculate the discount on the nightly rate only. Cleaning Fee, Taxes and Guest Service fees do not have the discount (%) applied to them.
- Discount (%) - The discount applied to the nightly rate when booking within Discount Days from check-in.
- Max Stay - The maximum number of nights a guest may book.
- Min Stay - The minimum number of nights a guest may book.
When guests select their booking dates, the above is automatically calculated for the quote they receive at the time the quote is requested.
